Back when we lived in New Hampshire, we would go to Portsmouth from time to time. The beaches in Portsmouth stretch for miles across a twisting coastline. There are flat beaches and rocky ones and ones where you can find oysters. Most of them are right off the road, so you can just drive through the coastline and take your pick. It’s a lovely place to go in the summer.
